Ferrofluid sealed gearing is a product based on the ferrofluidics technology. When ferrofluid is injected into a gap in the presence of magnetic field, it can form a liquid barrier. The ferrofluid sealed gearing just takes advantage of the principle to build a liquid seal ring wherever required, to gain the effect of sealing. It may introduce rotatory motion into being used in the vacuum chamber or operating field with a differential pressure.
